Fuga means a musical theme multiplying as it escapes from voice to voice. We started in Esentepe in 2023 with a single question: how do you build a cup-sized escape in the middle of the city?
From roast to cup, no one in between
We select SCA 80+ beans at origin and roast them in small batches at our Istanbul roastery. We don't roast before an order comes in; we don't let it wait once it does.
Your bag is at your door within 48 hours of roasting. The same beans are brewed at our bar in Şişli — what you drink online and in the space is the same coffee.

How we work
01 — select
Selection at origin
Every harvest season we cup dozens of samples; the 10 coffees on our shelf are the yeses among hundreds of noes.
02 — roast
Small batch roasting
We keep a separate roast profile for every origin. We roast to order — not for stock.
03 — deliver
Shipped without resting
Packed and handed to cargo the same day. The degassing valve lets the beans rest on the road.
