General Rules

At Fuga Coffee, customer satisfaction is our priority. We prepare and package our products to the highest quality standards.

Return Conditions

• Damaged or defective products: You can submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Equipment products can be returned within 14 days, unused and in their original box.

Return Process

• Write to info@fugacoffee.co with your order number.
• Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
• A free shipping label will be sent for approved returns.
• Your payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after product inspection.

Exchange

• Exchange for a different product is available.
• If there is a price difference, the balance will be charged or refunded.

Cancellation

• Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled free of charge.
• For shipped orders, the return process applies.
