Designed specifically for use with CAFEC's Deep 27 Flower Dripper, Deep 27 filters feature a steeper 27° angle than other cone-shaped filters and are formulated to help brew the ultimate single cup with enhanced richness and sweetness. Abaca+ Paper Filters, CAFEC's innovation generation in the constant pursuit of greater efficiency and performance, are produced using the fine-grain crepe technique. By narrowing the distance between each crepe and creating more surface area with a more uniform texture, Abaca+ filters are designed to allow for a faster flow rate and put more solid control in brewers' hands. CAFEC Abaca Paper Filters, consisting of a mixture of Abaca (also known as Manila fiber) and wood pulp, have good air and liquid permeability, durability and flexibility, and are highly appreciated for the resulting cup quality.
