This washed coffee from the Matazano farms near the Montecillos region of La Paz offers a rich profile with chocolate and hazelnut notes. Beans grown at 1,350-1,550m altitude under the shade of banana palms are processed using ecological washing methods. Vibrant orange and peach acidities with a velvety body create a balanced cup.
