This washed coffee from the Uraga valley in the Guji region features apricot, peach, and bergamot notes. Grown by smallholder farmers at 1,900-2,350m altitude, the beans are fermented for 36-48 hours then dried on raised beds. Bright acidity, floral aroma, and an elegant Earl Grey tea-like finish.
